The Role
* Work closely with global stakeholders and managers to gather requirements, foster strong relationships, and align on strategic goals
* Plan and lead discovery phases, engaging stakeholders in co-creation and concept development
* Conduct targeted user research to inform data-driven design decisions
* Create and elevate design concepts through refinement and iteration
* Communicate design strategies effectively through presentations and storytelling techniques
* Design seamless user experiences (UX) and interfaces (UI) with a deep focus on end-to-end user journeys
## What We’re Looking For
* 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design (agency or enterprise), showcasing a portfolio that demonstrates process, impact, and outcomes
* Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, interaction patterns, and scalable design systems
* Solid background in conducting discovery phases, user research, and data analysis
* Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts to clients and cross-functional teams effectively
* Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools)
