Chaince Digital & ZJK Industrial Partner to Build $200M AI/Semi Gigafactory

Imagine a future where the chips powering our AI and gadgets are ‘Made in America’ with a renewed commitment to domestic manufacturing. Chaince Digital and ZJK Industrial are betting big on this vision, announcing a strategic partnership to build a U.S.-based precision components gigafactory with an investment of up to $200 million. This move aims to bolster the U.S. high-end manufacturing ecosystem, specifically targeting the AI and semiconductor industries.

## Powering the Future with Precision Components

This gigafactory isn’t just about building another factory; it’s about creating a next-generation R&D and manufacturing platform for global tech leaders. The focus will be on high-value precision components for AI end-devices, semiconductor equipment, liquid-cooling systems, new energy vehicles, smart wearables, and other consumer electronics. Importantly, the facility will not engage in restricted semiconductor segments like wafer fabrication or chip design.

The companies plan to inject up to $200 million into the project through a combination of their own capital and external fundraising, signaling a serious commitment to strengthening domestic manufacturing capabilities.

## Chaince Securities Takes on a Strategic Role

Beyond the gigafactory itself, Chaince Securities, a subsidiary of Chaince Digital, has been appointed as ZJK’s capital markets strategic advisor for the next five years. They’ll be focusing on capital markets strategy, securing financing for both the gigafactory and ZJK’s broader needs, and supporting the buildout of ZJK’s U.S. headquarters. This appointment highlights Chaince Digital’s expanding role in bridging traditional finance with the burgeoning digital-asset infrastructure.

The operating entity for the gigafactory will be a Delaware joint venture, ensuring a fully localized and compliant U.S. operation. A U.S.-based management team, boasting expertise in traditional manufacturing, consumer electronics supply chains, and automotive manufacturing, will lead the charge. With a target on key industries like AI hardware, semiconductor equipment, electric vehicles, and consumer electronics, this partnership is poised to accelerate the localization of critical supply chains, delivering high-value components to tech companies right here in the USA.
